Danny came out on a Sunday ans took alot of care explaining what was going on with my septic. He also showed me where my tabk needed some help. My outlet baffle was falling apart and I didn't have a inlet baffle. He explained how not having a inlet baffle and a bad outlet baffle could end up having a negative impact on my leach field. I would rather spend money now and take precautions to keep my leach field healthy and running correctly. I know spending a bit nowbis better than spending a ton later.  I appreciated this company sending out a guy like Danny thats confident and is a great plumber. My new baffles are really nice and now I got a new filter screen as a added preventative tool to protect the leach field. I like the install they look great. Thanks Danny it feels like a I got a set of duel exhaust but on my septic tank lol :) see you next time! I love my souped up tank!

Mike Latham Did a great job finding the on going problem we have had at this house for 30+ years.  First septic company to ever dig up and open the second part of the tank to address the problem and how to resolve it. Have had companies come out and pump the septic over the years some had to come back with in a month to pump it again due to backing up.  Never once did anyone of them ever tell us the problem as many of them charged for a inspection ?.    Will definitely use them again!! Last night I discovered that my septic tank was backing up and needed to be pumped out. I immediately went online and scheduled a service for this morning. I received a call about an hour after scheduling the appointment to confirm the appointment. Jerry from Septic Blue of Raleigh notified me the following morning that he was on the way and arrived in about 30 minutes. Jerry was very professional and took time to explain what was going on with my septic system. He provided me with information but did not try to influence my decision, which I appreciated. He worked the entire time he was here and provided me with recommendations to prevent a future backup. I am very pleased with the service he provided.

Mike was extremely professional and informative. He was very straightforward with what needed to be done and talk me through it the whole way. Even my neighbor came out to inquire about servicing their own system and Mike maintained that friendly professionalism in answering their questions as well. My wife and I are extremely pleased to recommend Adam Cavitt from Septic Blue. He is always curious and knowledgeable. We have had many different issues with our septic system over the years. Besides having our tanks emptied, we have had to replace our septic pump, alarm box, and reseal the riser boxes. While installing the alarm box he figured out that we had an electrical issue with a 120v line from our house electric box to the pump box. We highly recommend Septic Blue, and definitely recommend asking for Adam Cavitt.

This crew really has their act together and know what they’re doing.  Jerry is an A+ professional, prompt, precise, and very thorough.  They use technology in a way most companies could only hope to use it to inform, update, and educate their customers.  He was pulling up historical docs, county permits and the lot layout in minutes.  No time for guesswork.  Very impressive.

Jerry Oliver did a excellent  job! He is very hard working, dilligent and knows his profession very well. Excellent service! Very professional and took time to explain process and answer questions. I was kept me in the loop from beginning to end. Took me through step by step of what he was doing to make sure that I understood what the job was. Highly recommended!

Mike Latham and team came out early the day after I called. Very knowledgeable and hard working. Spent almost 6 hours pumping and thoroughly cleaning two tanks on adjacent properties that were a few years overdue and had reached their limit. I will call them back in 3 years for a much simpler process next time.

I can’t say enough good things about kountry and his septic service from the moment he arrived he was professional and incredibly friendly. He explained every step of the process clearly making sure I was comfortable and informed. Not only did he do a thorough and efficient job, he also went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s very rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their work and their customers, and he truly does. If you are looking for a reliable honest, hard-working technician, he is the one for you.

Jerry Oliver is legendary. The other company legitimately gave up on my septic issue and ghosted me. He pulled up records and then worked through a probe that wouldn't stubbornly go through my plumbing and was digging for 2 days to help me find my septic. When he found it, it was not only super deep but genuinely hadn't been opened or serviced EVER (1978 records) by any of the 4-5 previous owners of this house. He got me cleaned up and set up in this crazy house. Worked through the night with flashlights even. Can't say enough positive things. Will be recommending to anyone who will listen. 12/10

I just wanted to thank Septic Blue for the amazing job that Jim did for me. I have to be honest and admit that I didn't know anything about septic. Jim pumped the tank completely out, replaced the filter and explained to me how I have to clean it every six months, then he found the distribution box and dug it up. It was packed with waste and he cleaned it out for me. I have talked to several people with septic and they have said that no one would have gone out of their way to find and dig up a distribution box. I feel great knowing this. Thanks Jim!!

Mike is amazing. We had unbeknownst to us a completely full tank (new purchase, previous owners said they pumped and inspected). Mike cleaned our entire system and educated us on proper maintenance. Highly recommended

Jim from SepticBlue’s was friendly knowledgeable and very detailed. Felt very comfortable that the repair was complete and done properly.  Will use them any day over local septic service that only pumps tank and says everything is fine.  They pulled both covers and did a complete and thorough inspection that led to hidden issues.  Pictures of EVERYTHING. We had a septic system failure. Jim Grabowski was our technician and he was just awesome. He pumped our tank, replaced a rotten outlet baffle and installed a filter. He repaired a hole in our distribution box and hydro jetted all our pipes. Finally he installed a riser for easy future access. Jim arrived at 10:30am and worked hard until 6pm. System is working great now and I have piece of mind. Highly recommend.

Jim was very good and professional explaining everything we had to have done to septic all work. It was done nice and neat and he left yard very clean and straightened up. Any return visit from septic blue I will be requesting Jim to be the one to come back.

Mike L. was incredibly kind and helpful with the pumping of our septic tank on a recently purchased home. I know absolutely nothing about septic tanks so I want to believe everything that he had to do (and charged for) was in good faith but I ended up paying way more than the anticipated price and after reading through some other reviews this seems to happen a lot and should have done more homework ahead of time. Lesson learned.

The entire experience with Septic Blue was great! Every person I spoke to was very polite and professional. The appointment went exactly as they said, the reminders were clear and John the technician was very helpful and took as much time as I needed to answer my questions regarding my septic system and cleaning. Highly recommend!

Jim came out just to pump our septic system but thoroughly explained what else was needed and why.  He did an outstanding and thorough job and was very knowledgeable and kind. Jim seems to have a level of expertise that was refreshing!  I would highly recommend him and the company to others!

Jim went above and beyond. We just bought this house, and knew that the tank hadn't been pumped in decades. When he got here, he was so well-prepared. We were expecting any additional issues he found to require a follow-up appointment - nope! He spent the entire day working to make sure everything got taken care of. He kept us informed of his progress, and thoroughly explained any new costs that came up. He even carefully removed the banana trees that were blocking access to the tank so that they could be replanted. He was really friendly, and even gave us a tour around our yard since he recognized a lot of the plants (thanks to him, I now know that I have a peach tree!). Honestly, we were just blown away by everything. He did not need to take the extra time, but he did. Thank you, Jim!!!

After numerous calls to another company over a few weeks with no call back, I looked for another service and landed on Septic Blue. I called first thing one morning and explained what repairs we needed. Staff was super friendly and professional, and scheduled a tech to come out that morning! I like that they send you an email confirmation and text with the tech's name and background/experience. Half hour later I get a call from their office apologizing that the tech was having an issue and wouldn't be able to come but can have the next available tech come out in the afternoon. Again, I get a call and text saying that our tech is on the way. When Jim G arrived, he was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He reviewed our inspection from the home sale and asked questions about the property and age of the home. Jim took the time to explain what he saw on the report as well as in the tanks, and made recommendations on solutions for the repairs and why he made those recommendations. Jim really went above and beyond with making sure we had a system in proper shape and working appropriately, and he worked well into the late evening. Jim G was amazing and so thorough. We highly recommend him and Septic Blue for your septic system needs.

Let's face it, none of us want to have to call the septic guy.  But Jim at Septic Blue made the experience as painless as possible.  He was very thorough and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing.  I thought I needed a routine cleanout, but he let me know that I shouldn't have needed one after only 14 months.  Jim even dug up the distribution box and made necessary adjustments to it.  None of the previous repair/cleanout crews bothered to do that.  From now on, Jim is my septic guy.  I believe he is trustworthy, professional, and honest.
